This was a small mid-century house that was stripped down to the studs and re-imagined with a full remodel and addition of a main suite. All new finishes, carpentry, furniture, accessories, and lighting led to a very thoughtful design perfectly suited to the minimal style of a young family in their first home.

A 101-year-old Spanish property in West Hollywood, CA gets a modern full-remodel. All new flooring, finishes, paint color scheme and a rearrangement of kitchen walls for a much more functional layout brings this property up to date. Three grand arches were also added to enhance the vintage Spanish style while modern and elegant finishes and fixtures add a fresh and functional element.

This mountain home in Tahoe City, California, looked just like it did in 1970 at the time of purchase by the new owners decades later. The house underwent a major but low-budget upgrade, while keeping the 70s charm and adding some mid-century modern style. The scope included new flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom countertops, backsplash, cabinet finishes, and fixtures, and all new furniture, lighting, and accessories.

This is a rare East Coast mid century modern house! Only 30 miles outside of Manhattan, it looks like a California home except much more lush greenery outside. This project is still ongoing, with plans developed for future bathrooms and kitchen remodels, but for now, it’s had partial renovations and an all new furniture package.
